SnowFortress was very recently effected by downtime that lasted more then 24 hours. This was because the server host had a major hardware crash and they was forced to rebuild the server from scratch.
Please add to your bookmark in your browser SnowFortress Twitter page as there you normaly would be able to find updated information in any future similar case.
